Responsible for issuing identification cards to:

All active duty personnel, reserve and retired military personnel and their family members. Priority in facility are as follows: 1) Active Duty 2) Handicapped 3) Family Members 4) Retirees. Reservists need to call for operations. Family members without sponsor need to obtain power of attorney.

USAR/ARNG members and their family members upon verification of eligibility. USAR/ARNG members with a unit in local area should have an application verified through their local unit. Other USAR members may have their application verified through Fort Lewis DRCS.

For shopping assistant letter call (253) 967-5065 (Waller Hall, Rm 101)
The facility also checks and updates all information on the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System, processed ID cards by mail for the six-state area of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah to include the Senior Instructor Groups of 4th ROTC Region, and provide dependency determinations packets for active duty personnel.
